APBN Februari Alami Surplus Rp18,5 Triliun

Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) per Februari surplus Rp18,5 triliun, dibandingkan tahun lalu hanya sebesar Rp 10,5 triliun. Hal ini dikarenakan tingginya pendapatan pemerintah dan hibah yang diterima pemerintah. Pencapaian ini juga didongkrak oleh pendapatan dari bea keluar CPO yang harganya di global mengalami lonjakan.

“Realisasi pendapatan negara dan hibah sampai dengan Februari 2011 mencapai Rp130 triliun atau 11,8% dari target APBN,” kata Kepala Badan Kebijkan Fiskal (BKF) Kementerian Keuangan Bambang Brodjonegoro, Kamis (24/03).

Menurut Bambang, hasil ini mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun lalu dalam periode yang sama hanya sebesar Rp108,4 triliun atau 10,9. Surplus tersebut akibat dari pencapaian bea keluar Crude Palm Oil (CPO) yang mengakibatkan berkontribusi pada penerimaan dari bea keluar yang melebihi target sebesar 100,8% senilai dengan Rp 5,1 triliun.

Tata Surya adalah kumpulan benda langit yang terdiri atas sebuah bintang yang disebut Matahari dan semua objek yang terikat oleh gaya gravitasinya. Objek-objek tersebut termasuk delapan buah planet yang sudah diketahui dengan orbit berbentuk elips, lima planet kerdil/katai, 173 satelit alami yang telah diidentifikasi, dan jutaan benda langit (meteor,asteroid, komet) lainnya.

Tata Surya terbagi menjadi Matahari, empat planet bagian dalam, sabuk asteroid, empat planet bagian luar, dan di bagian terluar adalah Sabuk Kuiper dan piringan tersebar. Awan Oort diperkirakan terletak di daerah terjauh yang berjarak sekitar seribu kali di luar bagian yang terluar.

Berdasarkan jaraknya dari matahari, kedelapan planet Tata Surya ialah Merkurius (57,9 juta km), Venus (108 juta km), Bumi (150 juta km), Mars (228 juta km), Yupiter (779 juta km), Saturnus (1.430 juta km), Uranus (2.880 juta km), dan Neptunus (4.500 juta km). Sejak pertengahan 2008, ada lima obyek angkasa yang diklasifikasikan sebagai planet kerdil. Orbit planet-planet kerdil, kecuali Ceres, berada lebih jauh dari Neptunus. Kelima planet kerdil tersebut ialah Ceres (415 juta km. di sabuk asteroid; dulunya diklasifikasikan sebagai planet kelima), Pluto (5.906 juta km.; dulunya diklasifikasikan sebagai planet kesembilan),

Haumea (6.450 juta km), Makemake (6.850 juta km), dan Eris (10.100 juta km). Enam dari kedelapan planet dan tiga dari kelima planet kerdil itu dikelilingi oleh satelit alami, yang biasa disebut dengan "bulan" sesuai dengan Bulan atau satelit alami Bumi. KAPAL BISMARK

Kapal perang Bismarck adalah kapal perang terbesar Jerman yang pernah dibuat pada masa Perang Dunia II.Nama kapal ini berasal dari nama Kanselir Jerman pada abad ke-19, Otto von Bismarck. Bismarck menjadi terkenal setelah berhasil menenggelamkan kapal perang utama Angkatan Laut Britania Raya (Inggris), HMS Hood dalam Pertempuran Selat Denmark pada tahun 1941.Bismarck dan saudara kembarnya Tirpitz merupakan kapal utama (capital ship) AL Jerman (Kriegsmarine) di Perang Dunia II. Selain Bismarck, beberapa kapal perang lain yang dibuat dan ikut terjun dalam Perang Dunia II adalah Yamato dan Musashi yang merupakan capital ship Jepang. Ada pula USS Missouri dan USS Mississippi yang merupakan capital ship Amerika Serikat, namun keduanya terlambat memasuki kancah perang.

Awal pembuatan

Jerman yang kalah dalam Perang Dunia I harus menerima Perjanjian Versailles yang antara lain membatasi pembangunan angkatan bersenjatanya. Angkatan lautnya hanya menggunakan model Kapal Pre Dreadnought, yang terdiri dari hanya 6 dari 8 kapal jelajah tua yang ringan, 12 dari 32 kapal perusak (destroyer) dan kapal torpedo (torpedo boat), tanpa kapal induk, kapal jelajah tempur (battle cruiser) dan kapal jelajah berat (heavy cruiser). Bila kapal-kapal yang disebutkan di atas berumur lebih dari 20 tahun, Jerman boleh mengganti namun tidak boleh melebihi 10.000 ton dengan persenjataan paling besar 11 inci (±279 mm). Kapal penjelajah tak lebih dari 6000 ton dengan persenjataan paling besar 6 inci (±152 mm). Untuk kapal perusak tak melebihi 800 ton dan kapal torpedo (torpedo boat) tak lebih dari 200 ton.

Adolf Hitler yang berhasil memenangkan kursi pemilu untuk menduduki jabatan Reichskanzler (Kanselir), kemudian menjadi Reichspresident menggantikan Paul Von Hindenburg dan akhirnya menjabat sebagai panglima tertinggi Angkatan Bersenjata Jerman sehingga semua kekuasaan menjadi satu di tangan Hitler. Dengan kekuasaan itu, Hitler secara sepihak tidak mengakui Perjanjian Versailles, Prancis.

Pembentukan Karakter: Anak-anak dan Kekerasan

Rentang masa perkembangan anak semestinya dipenuhi kegembiraan sehingga berpengaruh positif bagi jiwanya. Akan tetapi, kecemasan dan ketakutan anak sekarang hadir di mana-mana: di sekolah, di jalanan,bahkandi rumah yang dihuni orangtuanya sekalipun. Kak Seto, dalam suatu kesempatan, pernah mengklaim bahwa kekerasan terhadap anak yang dilakukan orangtua mencapai angka 80 persen.

Saya pikir, ketika anak akrab dengan kekerasan, ancaman kehilangan jati diri, kepercayaan, dan kemandirian dalam dirinya akan menghilang. Maka, menciptakan lingkungan yang menenteramkan anak adalah keniscayaan yang tak bias ditawar-tawar. Sebab, tanpa situasi tenteram dan tenang, anak akan merasa tertekan sehingga berakibat pada terganggunya perkembangan jiwa.

Jangan heran jika pribadi anak pada masa mendatang akan memantulkan laku yang keras dan otoriter. Ia akan berubah menjadi warga keras, tidak toleran, pendendam, dan antisosial. Bahkan, timbul fanatisme berlebihan terhadap keyakinannya sehingga ia menyelesaikan konflik dengan cara-cara yang mengarah pada kekerasan.
